Generally turkish people look at the gay marriage in a bad perspective. Because, the marriage is so traditional and special for our society and it is regarded that there must be one men and one women to be able to marry. Some people can accept this thought or not. But, i think who cares ? . I'm not against the gay marriage, they can be happy between them but i hope that they will be far away from me throughout my life. Of course they have rights to love each other but i can not endure while seeing them, it's not my fault, i think it is due to structure of our country. We grew up in a monotype marriage which includes father and mother, we got used to it. I consider that our societies are not ready for kind of marriage, but in next years maybe..

What is purpose of marriage ?

Marriage is the most important symbol of dependency and loyalty between two lovers.According to some people, couples connect each other so much because of their marriage. Maybe it has either advantages or disadvantages, lots of people do not prefer marriage because they think that marriage kills love so they keep going on their relationship without marrying , but some people prefer marriage after a long relationship because they think that marriage is the last step of love, so the purpose of marriage changes from people to people.
